Radar level meter (Radar Level Meter) is a high-precision instrument that uses microwave radar technology to measure the level (liquid level, material level) of liquids, slurries or solid particles. It is widely used in industrial process control and warehouse management. The following are its core functions and features:
1. Non-contact continuous measurement
Principle: High-frequency electromagnetic waves (usually 6GHz~80GHz) are emitted through the antenna, echoes reflected from the material surface are received, and the material level is calculated based on the beam flight time (ToF) or frequency difference (FMCW).
Advantages: No direct contact with the medium, avoiding corrosion, adhesion and other problems, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosive environments (such as molten metal, strong acid storage tanks).
